July 20, 2015: WatchMeGoPro™, a leading sports management and communication platform by Rock Solid Software, LLC. announced today they have partnered with Harris County Recreation Department to bring streamlined communication and innovation to the football and cheerleading programs for the west-central part of Georgia.

Harris County will be utilizing the 'My Clipboard', 'Organization' and 'Team Portal' solutions, as well as WatchMeGoPro's newest forms feature to gather necessary information about athletes, schedules, enrollments, and team information. Moving from their current process of paper and pen, to a streamlined electronic approach using WatchMeGoPro, Harris County will save staff and coaches a significant amount of time with athlete enrollments, rosters, and communication processes, all while ensuring the accuracy of data, and improving the ability to push out information to the parents, players, and fans quickly.

Harris County has attempted to utilize electronic methods for their athletics program in the past, but because the previous system was difficult to use, the community never embraced the platform. WatchMeGoPro will work directly with Harris County to identify and create additional solution enhancements while intentionally focusing on their overall implementation, to ensure this time we see nothing but success in Harris County.
